What do you see?

This picture was captured by my roommate Srijita Mahapatra in one of my other friend, Surjyamukhi Bhattacharya’s Phone.

Look at this picture closely. What do you think the clouds and the sun signify ? Think of all the possible things you can come up with. 

Well, to me-

1. iPhones have pretty good cameras and how immensely talented my friend is 😂

2. Spiritually, it may signify the beauty of nature and the grace of our creator. How these wonderfully imperfect things, look so perfect to our eyes !

3. When someone wrongs us, we label them as bad people. Because of some wrong untimely judgements and decisions and some unpleasant behaviour, we label ,even, ourselves as bad people and we start thinking that we are not enough. But the truth is, our minds, our bad judgements are like the dark clouds here and our souls are like the sun shining in between them. We all have goodness, righteousness and potentials hidden within ourselves. And it shines through our souls, despite the bad things we do and the bad decisions we make.

 

Allow yourself to think only those thoughts that match your principles and can bear the bright light of day. Day by day, your choices, your thoughts, your actions fashion the person you become. Your integrity determines your destiny.

4. When we are hit by bad times, we deviate all our strengths and energies into the wrong direction. When one door closes, ten other doors are bound to open. We get so engulfed into the darkness that we stop looking for the possibilities. We only need the courage to be patient and start looking for opportunities. The sun here is a promise of hope in times of darkness. The sun is a flash of optimism and stoicism. The sun here, teaches us to dazzle irrespective of the background. Even the darkest clouds, can’t block a sun from shining ! 

  

When pain brings you down, don’t be silly, don’t close your eyes and cry, you just might be in the best position to see the sun shine.
